To effectively manager the merchandising, despatch, buying & production functions for key customers ensuring high levels of serviceability. This is within a Jewellery & Accessories product area.
Who we're looking for
Specific responsibilities for the Production Manager/ Account Manager include:
• Daily management of the following areas in accordance with the company order book; Despatch & Production Departments & Merchandising.
• To operate at account level to manage customer expectations
• To effectively manager your team and ensure all are appropriately trained. To conduct performance reviews
• Ensure quality & accuracy at all levels
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• To provide regular progress reports to company directors as and when required]
Qualities will include:
• A driven individual with teh ability to lead change
• Knowledge of the giftware/ jewellery market
