To effectively manage the merchandising, despatch, buying & production functions for key customers ensuring high levels of serviceability. This is within a Jewellery & Accessories product area.
Who we're looking for
Specific responsibilities for the Production Manager/ Account Manager include:
• Daily management of the following areas in accordance with the company order book; Despatch & Production Departments & Merchandising.
• To operate at account level to manage customer expectations.
• To effectively manager your team and ensure all are appropriately trained.
• To conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure quality & accuracy at all levels.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• To provide regular progress reports to company directors as and when required.
Qualities will include:
• A driven individual with the ability to lead change.
• Knowledge of the giftware/ jewellery market would be an advantage.
