Regional IT Manager

As the Regional IT Manager you will be the head of Tiffany & Co.'s IT presence in Europe. You will report into the IT Executive Management in the US and have the responsibility of direct reports.
It will be your remit to manage, support and implement the IT infrastructure and business systems for existing and new store openings across Europe.
This newly created high profile management position is one that requires a "hands on" approach in order to create an IT strategy to deliver multiple projects in various countries.

Who we're looking for
Required:
• Extensive exposure in the IT industry
• Strong IT and project management skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong customer/end user relationships
• Proven ability in executing all aspects of vendor management lifecycle
• Comprehensive understanding of Windows configuration, administration and support
• Solid exposure with hardware, networking and peripheral installation and support
• Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to give presentations at all levels
• University degree in a computer or engineering related field
• Ability to work after hours/weekend work for communicating with the US or providing IT support

Desirable:
• Retail industry exposure with emphasis on store and distribution centre operations
• Application development and/or programming
• One or more of the following languages (German, Italian, French, Spanish)
