Business Improvement Programme Leader

Our Investment Banking client requires an outstanding Business Improvement Programme Leader to deliver a high profile programme of change.
Sitting in the Chief Operating Officer's office, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the continuous improvement strategy across the Investment Bank. This is sponsored from Group level and, as such,is a critical objective of Senior Management.
You must be a guru in Business Improvement and have proven experience of delivering programmes in Investment Banking. To succeed, you will liaise with business leaders across the bank and will be required to achieve their buy-in and delivery in tight timescales. You must be an excellent influencer and and comfortable working with virtual and cross functional teams.

Who we're looking for
• Proven experience of delivering Business Improvement programmes in Investment Banking
• Full programme life-cycle- design to delivery]
• Ideally management consultancy experience
• Senior stakeholder management- CXO level
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent influencing skills
• Continuous improvement tool kits i.e. lean six sigma
• Delivering in a high pressure context of tight deliverables and change
