Reporting to the Store Manager, the role of an Assistant Store Manager will be to develop and motivate a team of sales people to achieve key performance indicators on a monthly basis. You will have responsibility over stock, sales, visual merchandising, and staff development.

Who we're looking for
To be a successful Assistant Store Manager you will have the following Skills:-
• A proven track record in Retail Management
• The ability to achieve and exceed targets
• The skills to develop and motivate staff members
• An interest in the telecommunications sector and the changing products
