HR Compensation HRIS Specialist

Key Requirements:
- Drive and ensure high-quality of compensation data (accurate, timely) as a basis for proper reporting, analysis & forecasts on compensation
- Research, design & develop new solutions and improve existing solutions to meet existing & new client needs
- Closely co-operate and communicate effectively with HR MIS Relationship Management teams and Reward
- Provide decision-relevant information to recipients in most effective manner, e.g. with respect to structure of information, visualization, etc.
- Develop product & process knowledge continuously
- Proactively share knowledge and offer solutions
- Provide Data Quality Assurance
- Maintain responsibility for bespoke / complex deliverables

Who we're looking for
Person Specification
- Experience in reporting/data management
- Excellent MS Office knowledge , especially EXCEL with ACCESS knowledge desirable
