Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Management the Recruitment Business Partner will be accountable for driving recruitment strategies on behalf of a specific employee function.
Responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring trusted advisor status on recruitment needs within a designated employee function
• Stakeholder management including influencing hiring managers, functional head and senior HR management team
• Driving successful recruitment programmes minimising cost and time to hire
• Developing and driving innovative candidate attraction strategies
• Recruitment forecasting and talent pipelining including resources and talent management
• Partnering and managing internal and external partners
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the Recruitment Business Partner role will be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
• Proven track record of developing driving successful recruitment campaigns
• Excellent communications, influencing and relationship building skills across all level
• Demonstrable examples of innovative candidates attraction and employee branding strategies
• Preferably degree educated.
• Experience of working in a highly competitive constantly changing market sectors will be essential
