You will join the commercial property department who have have long established clients' to include charities, lenders and developers.
The team is often involved in work relating to marine developments, investment acquisitions and disposals and a variety of Landlord and Tenant and has a reputation for it's capability in handling the more complex transactions.
You will be required to assist the team with all commercial property matters.


Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a commercial property paralegal that ideally has previous good experience of a mix of commercial property matters.
Our clients' will also consider candidates who have residential property experience.
