The remit of the Recruitment specialist is to provide the end to end recruitment process to a fast-paced organisation. The remit of the role includes liaising with line manager, interviewing potential candidates, liaising with agencies and managing the offer and rejection process.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will come from a solid in-house background and have the ability to operate within a fast-paced environment. Experience of recruiting within competitive, specialist markets would be very advantageous. You must be a solid team-player and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
