The HR MIS Compensation Specialist, as a subject matter expert on Compensation MIS (reports, analyses and forecasts on the firms total compensation), databases & systems, supports the design, development and processing of regular and ad hoc reports, analyses and forecasts on all aspects of workforce compensation for all regions and legal entities of the global Group. In this role, the Compensation Specialist ensures a high level of data quality and is actively involved in the bank's year-end compensation process, bonus accrual management and employee share vesting exercises. The HR MIS Compensation Specialist co-operates closely with the divisional HR MIS Relationship Management teams and members of the global Reward Teams to support the provision of high-quality Compensation MIS services.
Responsibilities:
• Drive and ensure high-quality of compensation data (accurate, timely) as a basis for proper reporting, analysis & forecasts on compensation
• Research, design & develop new solutions and improve existing solutions to meet existing & new client needs
• Closely co-operate and communicate effectively with HR MIS Relationship Management teams and Reward
• Provide decision-relevant information to recipients in most effective manner, e.g. with respect to structure of information, visualization, etc
