Process Improvement Engineer

The Process Improvement Engineer reporting to the Operations Manager will co-ordinate all business improvement activities on site. You will be responsible for the definition and execution of improvement projects including the management of cross-vocational teams on lean events. This role is data driven and consists heavily of challenging norms and being un-accepting of failure or resistance to change.

Who we're looking for
The Process Improvement Engineer will be a degree qualified engineer, ideally in a mechanical discipline, or equivalent. You will be a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience of leading improvement projects. You will previously have been employed in a general manufacturing environment.
