1. Support the Head of Supply Chain in restructuring and subsequent smooth operation of the warehouse function.
2. Monitor the performance of the warehouse team
3. Implement new working procedures and KPIs to increase efficiency and OTIF.
4. Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain to reorganise the incoming and outgoing material.
5. Organising the workload of the Fork Lift Truck Drivers to ensure full utilisation is achieved and monitored.
6. Planning the site material requirements to full completion.
7. Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
8. Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress;
9. Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements;
10. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

The successful person will have a proven track record in warehouse and materials management in manufacturing environment.
