Projects Director

As a Projects Director you will be fully accountable for London with a UK remit, responsible for establishing a team to produce a successful submission document in response to invitation to Tender for a major Government contract. You will manage and motivate the team, liaise with all internal and external stakeholders and experts to ensure the bid document includes all the necessary inputs and has been rigorously checked and approved at the appropriate levels. As an integral part of this process, you will maintain a good relationship with the client through the tender evaluation period, responding promptly and professionally to all requests for clarification. You will help to establish a transition programme for the effective operational and commercial mobilisation of the contract to ensure minimal disruption to the customers operations.

Who we're looking for
Ideally a proven Projects Director/ Bid Director in a PFI Bid or Facilities Management background. You must be based, or prepared to live in London or the South East and comfortable with a UK Remit to be considered for this role. As an individual you will be an exceptional people manager who delivers results and developing great teams. You will be technically qualified in one of the major construction or related business disciplines and desirably hold a professional qualification.
