Head of Marketing

This exciting role will see you develop and oversee all marketing communications for National Express managing an excellent team of very capable marketers. You will be required to develop a strategy which involves all areas of the marketing mix from TV and press campaigns, direct marketing and CRM to digital and outdoor promotions. You will also be involved in changing the way stations and their staff perceive their role as the key point of contact between the National Express brand and its customers

Who we're looking for
You will be a highly driven candidate with a proven background in formulating managing through the line marketing communications. You will come from a consumer facing brand, preferably with skills in managing multi sites as well as motivating large teams of people. You will be a commercial marketer with excellent communication and organisational skills.
