The successful candidate within this Financial Services organisation will;
• Deliver strategic ad hoc projects across the division
• Define and implement strategies to ensure the organisation remains an employer of choice
• Deliver a positive movement in targeted areas of the Your Feedback survey
• Management of the Community Service programme
• Ensure that the business support and develops the necessary skills, talent and leadership to meet business imperatives
• Successful projects delivered on time and on budget with appropriate stake holder and user engagement
• A well regarded CSR programme which meets staff needs
• Improved Your Feedback ratings in targeted areas.
• Well organised and successful events
• Professional marketing and reporting of in scope programmes
• Learning, Leadership and Talent development programmes to meetdivisional needs
