The successful candidate within this Financial Services organisation will;
• Deliver strategic ad hoc projects across the division
• Define and implement strategies to ensure the organisation remains an employer of choice
• Deliver a positive movement in targeted areas of the Your Feedback survey
• Management of the Community Service programme
• Ensure that the business support and develops the necessary skills, talent and leadership to meet business imperatives
• Successful projects delivered on time and on budget with appropriate stake holder and user engagement
• A well regarded CSR programme which meets staff needs
• Improved Your Feedback ratings in targeted areas.
• Well organised and successful events
• Professional marketing and reporting of in scope programmes
• Learning, Leadership and Talent development programmes to meetdivisional needs

This leading organisation is looking for a candidate who can and has;
• Delivered high quality output - demonstrating attention to detail
• Delivered commercial value through innovation and process re engineering
• Proven track record of delivery relating to large scale projects
• Excellent influencing, relationship management and negotiation skills
• Exposure in leading and motivating people
• Teamwork and managing varied relationships including senior management, overseas colleagues, and vendors
• Managing ambiguity
• Operating within a global environment
