A superb opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a small, successful plastics manufacturing company. You will take ownership of production, procurement and order fulfilment ensuring that the all KPIs are met to deliver the company's business objectives. Following a number of changes in the facility including going to a two shift pattern you will be required to complete the integration process,refine the production methods and resolve any issues that may arise. The role offers the scope for someone to further develop their management skills with the prospect of progression within the company's parent group.

Who we're looking for
A proven Production or Operations Manager with experience of working within a plastics manufacturing environment. Your skill set should include the following:
• Excellent man management skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the plastics industry.
• Experience of creating and delivering against production schedules.
