A challenging and diverse role reporting directly to the Operations Director, where the main focus will be to ensure the contractual obligations to the customer are achieved in a cost effective and efficient way. A strong focus on customer service and continual process improvement to improve branch profitability through development of the management team.
Who we're looking for
An experienced and commercially focused manager required to manage all functions of the depot operations. A track record of full budgetary responsibility, staff retention and development with a CPC qualification. Man Management experience in a unionised environment is preferred and a strong understanding of lean management methodology.
