In this exciting new role you will be responsible for the management of key talent development initiatives across 3 European sites within multiple business lines in the areas of management, leadership and organisation/employee development.
The main focus of the role is to ensure that the Company People Development strategy reflects the business requirements of the organisation's European locations, and that the strategy is implemented across these locations. You will use Lominger's range of products and services.
It will be essential to build strong relationships both internally, with Line Managers and HR Business Partners and externally with vendors.
The right candidate will see the effective management of continuous change as a significant opportunity .
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a track record of success in Senior Management Development and Organisational Development in a sophisticated environment. Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified. You will have experience of using a validated competency platform, ideally Lominger, to integrate talent processes. Expertise in skilled business consulting is also essential.
