• The Resourcing Team Leader is responsible for driving the recruitment function. The role involves strategically managing the client base and ensure key people within the business are updated on staffing KPI's.
• The role requires full recruitment management experience including; Managing and building successful relationships with clients, Managing the team and ensuring KPI's are not only delivered but over-achieved against plan.
• You will also be expected to create innovative solutions such as, building a sophisticated and intelligent attraction strategy for vacancies.
• You will be responsible for leading on UK and International recruitment projects

Who we're looking for
• The ideal candidate will be an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience with case studies proving experience of both scale and complex campaigns.
• You will have a hands on approach but equally possess the ability to manage and develop a team to achieve results
• You will be educated to degree level
• You will have experience of recruiting internationally, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sectors
