To financially underwrite group and individual risks, manage the healthcare, dental and service business associated withour clients Partnerships and to monitor the profit performance of these businesses. To facilitate the sale of new business by balancing profit objectives with sales initiatives and corporate goals through the setting of appropriate premium rates. To play a key role in the financial management of the partnership business by applying sound underwriting principles which includes new business risk assessment, renewal pricing, product development and benefit design management.
Who we're looking for
You must have a minimum of 5 years underwriting experience ideally from within health insurance. You must also have experience of face to face client handling be used to negotiating and influencing. You are also required to have a high level of numeracy combined with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
