The Global University Recruitment team is responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding of around 150 MBAs a year from the top Business Schools in the world. My client, a Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Consumer Company currently has an exciting and challenging position for a Senior Recruiter to join the Europe, Middle East and Africa team. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape future talent by identifying and attracting the best MBA students to join some of the most rapidly growing and dynamic markets in the world.
Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre and with a proven career in a recruitment position, ideally within MBA or University recruitment you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, influencing skills and a strong customer service orientation. An ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required as is a demonstrated knowledge and experience of HR recruiting process and practice. Based remotely this role will require significant travel (50%-60%) specifically between Autumn and Spring each year.
