The role will involve being involved in all areas of contentious construction. In addition to this you will also be interested in business development and will have excellent client relationship skills.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally have had at least a years post qualified experience in contentious construction. You will have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidates will be expected to develop their knowledge of all legal proceedings, ADR, preparing referrals, responses and advising clients. An excellent construction litigator, you will have the ability to both run and assist the current workload of adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and litigation work.
Exceptional NQs who have had a exposure to litigation in their training contract and show a real aptitude and interest in contentious construction workmay be considered.
