The Account Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for overall client growth, satisfaction and retention. The develops integrated marketing plans to increase store retention, traffic and close ratios. The ADM is responsible for driving strategic plans with their clients and the ADM team. This position is the single point of contact for strategic accounts, so the candidate should be able to multitask multiple projects for several client contacts.

Who we're looking for
Someone who can identify needs/solutions for both clients and company benefit, then follow through on execution. The ADM will be motivated, able to motivate themselves and peers. Client facing interpersonal skills are a must. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)
• working with clients to develop a marketing calendar to increase revenue
• forecasting sales
• setting revenue budgets
• selling additional services
• managing product and store changes
• resolving client payment questions
• monitoring inventory needs
• handling customer service escalations
• project management of the client account.
The ADM must be able to balance tactical client needs whilst leading/developing strategic initiatives.
