There is now a rare and exciting opportunity to join this large and successful logistics business as a Resourcing Manager. You will be directly responsible for bringing in key talent to the business through effective recruitment techniques in order to further improve their strong market position. You will look at the following:
• Developing an appropriate recruitment strategy for logistics
• Working on end to end recruitment
• Recruiting to senior level
• Working closely with the business and building relationships with head office and the business stream
NB This Resourcing Manager role may involve some travel away from the West Yorkshire base

Who we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding recruiter who can operate with a commercial focus in a results driven, pressurised environment with high expectations. You will be familiar with the challenges of recruiting for a large organisation.
