Our client is a brilliant and forward thinking Executive Search firm based in the West End and right now they are seeking an bright and capable candidate to join their team as a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager/PA to Consultants you will be responsible for effectively managing the executive search process, which will involve building and maintaining client & candidate relationships, writing project timetables, arranging relevant meetings, advising on advertising campaigns and all administration aspects relative to the process. In addition to this you will also be a key member of the project management team who are also responsible for company events, purchasing, facilities and front of house.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a bright, intelligent and eager to grow and progress their career. You will be confident, proactive and have the drive to deliver quality customer service to clients and candidates. To be successful in this role you will:

• Have energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed
• Have a strong academic background and ideally be educated to degree level
• Have prior experience using MS Office packages
• Be articulate and possess natural intelligence
• Be able to multi-task, prioritise and have strong organisational skills
