Based in Bath, the HR Officer will support to aclient base of circa. 125 employess, as well offeringadministrative support tothe HRManager andcorresponding business area.You will provide support in recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and monitoring starters and leavers as well as other areas of support as appropriate. The client base offers a challengina and busy workload, offering variety and the chance to work within a true HR generalist role.

You will be asked to attend regional management resourcing meetings with Business Services and work with other members of the HR team in delivering a professional and proactive service to the business as a whole.

Who we're looking for
The HR Officer must be a self starter and able to handle a challening and busy workload. Experience in the following areas;
• Recruitment experience, handling PSL's and agency liaison
• Able to advise confidentlyon Employee Relations
• Part CIPD qualfied
• Pro-active approach, able to assess and prioritise workload
• A genuine interest in business and a desire to pursue your career
