My client is going through a period of significant change, and as such needs an experienced and proven Senior HR Business Partner to join theteam and lead on organisational developments. This is a truly strategic role, working in partnership with the rest of the senior team on diverse and challenging projects across the company, continually developing innovativemethods of engaging and motivating a diverse workforce.
Who we're looking for
You will currently be operating at a similar level within ahighly responsiveorganisation. You will be able to demonstrate successful change projects you have led on within large and complex organisations.
