This is an exciting new role for an experienced resourcing professional or an existing HR professional who is interested in moving into a specialist career role. This role will take the lead on all aspects of specialist resourcing within this organisation and will act as advisor to the wider business on various routes to market to attract the best talent available.
Working as part of a larger resourcing team, the successful candidate will manage the end to end resourcing cycle and ensure the organisation is continuously first to market with its innovative approaches to attraction and recruitment. The role is based in South Yorkshire and will report to the Head of Resourcing.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should have experience in a resourcing role or be able to demonstrate expertise in resourcing and take an innovative approach to recruitment in a challenging market. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies;
- Commercial acumen
- Professional qualification i.e. Level A & B, CIPD
- Demonstrable HR/recruitment experience<BR>- Influencing
- Project Management
- Results Driven
