My Client, a leading, multi-national Energy company based in West Sussex is seeking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer to join a high-profile Legal team looking after key commercial and property issues. The team deals with commercial, property, competition and regulatory matters for a large division of the company and you will play a vital role in this team.
From day one you will be given autonomy and responsibility to build strong working relationships across the business. You will deal with general commercial matters, construction/property matters as well as regulatory and competition issues. The work is varied and challenging and as such will help you develop excellent, all-round legal and commercial skills.
Who we're looking for
You will be a Qualified Lawyer with a strong academic background and proven commercial awareness. Working knowledge of property matters is key and you must be able to manage your own workload and be an adaptable team player.
