You will be a Manager in a customer focused business. You will have an excellent proven track record in a target driven environment and be able to excel when working under pressure.
You must be able inspire and lead your team in one of the busiest stores in the company.
Who we're looking for
You will probably be described by your team as a 'people person' and you will have a natural flair for leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a team of 8-15 staff and driving them across all KPIs
• Managing store profit and loss
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Controlling stock and minimising stock losses
You will have a track record of success in a sales driven arena and will be keen to step up with a progressive and successful company.
