This is an ideal opportunity to move from proffessional services into a reputable accountancy practice
Reporting to the Group Finance Partner for London Tax Group (£70 million business), the role will provide senior level commercial and financial expertise to help drive the firm's strategic objectives.
This is a key role is within a Top 10 Accountancy Practice operating as part of the group leadership team, will lead a team of five and work alongside the Group Finance Partner and 35 Partners to deliver fees to achieve the group's ambitious growth plans.
Who we're looking for
The Successful candidate will possess;
• Experience of professional services environment and understanding of financial dynamics of such a business
• Understand key performance indicators of the business and be able to deliver and use this information to drive performance
• Strong analytical and numerical ability - able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data and make recommendations based on data and market trends
• CIMA/ACA Qualified with substantial experience gained in within a complex, demanding, results-focused business
• Commercially astute
• Ability to successfully present and articulate financial information, reports, analysis
• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand and manage complexity
• Experience of managing and driving cash collection, billing and debt management
• Strong relationship and influencing skills - ability to engage and persuade senior level Partners and Clients
• Strong project skills with experience of successfully collaborating with a wide range of leaders across a variety of initiatives and projects
• Experience of leading and managing a team to deliver business results
