The Area Director - Business will be working from Birmingham tolead, manage and coach to achieve and exceed objectives across a variety of areas.
By providing leadership, direction, motivation, coaching and support to team members you will maximise business performance and ensure that relationships with our customers are strengthened.

Who we're looking for
Area Director - business
• Manage for exceptional performance a team of Relationship Managers
• Undertake regular field visits to see how relationship managers interface with customers, coaching and mentoring individuals using your experience to enhance their performance
• Be known and approachable for staff, business partners, customers, introducers and the local business community in general
• Recruit, select and develop people to work in Business Banking
• Actively respond to feedback, local market and competitor insights and update where appropriate
• Engage, motivate and inspire staff at all levels through effective communication
Someone who can:
• Live and breath the Business Banking customer values
• Attend marketing and networking events to build individual and bank presence in the local community
• Encourage the team to network extensively to raise the profile in the local market
• Take active approach to know top customers and prospects to grow market share and income, and make best use of the brand for their needs
