Having secured a substantial workload, this leading provider in Facilities Management and M&E services requires an M&E Operations Manager based in the North to join their already successful team. This market leader has a strong portfolio of PFI/PPP contracts focusing on transport, healthcare and education services and has joint venture businesses established through this; therefore a background in PFI contracts is desirable.
Looking over a contract of approximately £10 million, the successful candidate will plan, strategically develop and implement the management of M&E services including design & installation, air conditioning services, building services, estate management, and grounds and landscaping services.
Reporting directly into the Operations Director, the role will involve recruiting as well as building working relationships with the staff team. As the successful candidate will often be dealing with clients on a daily basis, excellent customer facing skills are necessary. A driven and influential individual is required as high standards are necessary to meet/exceed client expectations.
Who we're looking for
Required:
Proven track record of managing a large team.
Strong M&E experience.
Experience of Operational Management.
P&L account responsibilities.
Desirable:
Previous PFI experience.
Degree educated in an FM related subject (or a demonstrable equivalent in life experience).

What's on offer
