As a Bookkeeper within this excellent firm in Telford you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to clients of varied sizes in various sectors, with this department being a key area in the firms growth plans.
You will be tasked with developing and training the existing staff further and in time growing this department. Due to the firms strong growth plans over the next few years there is also an excellent opportunity to progress internally with your own career, with promotion and development high on the agenda of the firm.
Who we're looking for
You will be either a part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience accountant that has a track record within a bookkeeping environment. Ideally you will have man management/team management experience, but the firm will consider anyone who has the experience level required and the personality to develop within the role to the desired level over time.
Due to the nature of the role you will need a strong knowledge of bookkeeping, along with implementing processes and systems to maximise the potential of the department.
