Lean Facilitator

High Volume Manufacturing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lean Facilitator to support a high volume manufacturing company in delivering operational excellence. You will be a key player in driving continuous improvement activities with an initial focus on controlling inventory levels and improving work flows. Through utilising lean manufacturing tools and techniques including leading Kaizen events, implementing Kanban systems and drivingsix sigma you will ensure the company delivers an outstanding level of service to its customers.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a proven Continuous Improvement professional, ideally graduate educated, with the lean tool kit
to affect good change across a process driven production and service environment.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to influence and train teams outside of your direct
control.
• Experience of a medium to high volume manufacturing environment will be invaluable.
• You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail.
• You must have proven experience of World Class Manufacturing and Lean implementation, including the development
and roll out of KPIs across the team.
• Ideally Six Sigma qualified.
