Graduate Recruitment Manager

You will attract, recruit and retain graduate talent by building credible relationships internally with key stakeholders and externally with universities and other key organisations. You will play an active role in sourcing high-calibre individuals in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Working closely with senior staff and management, you will drive strategic sourcing and profile building initiatives at universities across Australia. In this role you will also advise and consult on the global campus campaigns and programs.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the 360 degree recruitment process for graduate/intern hires
- Managing and developing junior staff within the Recruitment Team
- Developing and implementing the campus recruitment strategy
- Partnering with regional HR teams to conceive and execute campus recruitment programs across the globe
- Providing interview skills training for staff and facilitating the interview process for all internship and graduate programs
- Working closely with key professional associations and universities
- Extensive liaison with graduate candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle - including attending campus presentations, facilitation of summer internship programme, etc
- Providing market data, analysis on trends and reporting on recruitment statistics
Who we're looking for
- Proven track record as an in-house recruiter - ideally in technology or financial services recruitment, within a large, multinational organisation
- Graduate Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of senior management
- A reputation for outstanding client service and follow through
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage high volumes of work
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach and very good time management skills
- A high level of initiative and energy
- A genuine passion for campus recruitment
