As the Financial Controller based in Birmingham, you will be reporting to the Managing Director and Group Finance Director and will have a significant impact on the organisation as a key member of the senior management team.
Key responsibilities will include providing accurate and meaningful financial information for the management team and managing and developing the local finance team. Setting and reviewing KPI's for the business, providing value added decision supportand taking responsibility for planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Who we're looking for
• For this Financial Controller vacancy in Birminghamthe ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Will have a proven track record in a manufacturing focused industry
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and verbalreasoning skills that will allow you to challenge and review the business working with the senior management team
• Must display a credibility and depth of experience to lead a talented financeteam. Your sound technical and analytical skills will be complimented by a commercial outlook and desire to add value to the organisation.
