As Assistant Manager you will aid the Deputy General Manager in making this restaurant a success. Your duties will include:
• Leading and training your team
• Consistently providing peerless customer service
• Selecting and appointing team members
• Making sure your restaurant is always welcoming
• Complying to all Heath and Safety standards
•Assisting stock and cost control
Who we're looking for
As an established Assistant Manager, supervisor or shift leader, you will have the presence and personality to help make this restaurant. You will have the following experience:
• Understanding of a profit and loss account
• Training of fellow supervisors and team members
• A personable approach and affable charm
• The ability to lead by example
