The successful candidate will be given the mandate to successfully develop a rapidly expanding business plan, consisting in developing from scratch a large network of branded retail units throughout the Middle East region.
The role will involve:
• Strategic brand & business development
• Business planning
• P&L strategic building and delivery
• Maintaining and developing relationships with host brand
• Team development and leadership
• Property strategy development
Who we're looking for
An established retailer with experience gained in related multiple retail environments. You will have a proven track record of experience in casual dining, supermarketretailing or high end catering.
Directorship and development experience of large retail store networks.
Some multi national experience is preferred.
Youwill be:
• Passionate for high-end food retailing
• Commercially astute and profit driven
• An influential, proactive and strong leader
• Comfortable in managing complexity
