The role:
• Will involves the sourcing of suppliers, predominantly from the UK and Europe but anywhere you should see fit.
• Requires an element of travel visiting various suppliers throughout the role to assess suitability.
• Is very much'cradle to grave', involving supplier nomination, selection and approval, small amount of expediting and quality checks.

Who we're looking for
• The ideal candidate will be a determined individual looking to progress their career in a large organisation.
• Ideally you will be from a distribution background (wholesale or retail) and possess experience in purchasing engineered parts.
• An understanding of Supply Chain and technical drawings is a must.
•Good experience in a purchasing environment.

What's on offer
A base salary of up to £25,000 + pension + discretionary bonus + CIPS funding
