You will be accountable for:
• Driving KPI's and exceeding targets, through coaching and motivating your team
• Day to Day running of all Branch Operations, as well as strict Audit controls in a highly regulated industry.

Our client is looking for a Flagship Branch Manager who is ideally from a Retail Banking background (although other backgrounds will be considered)
