Due to restructure this is brand new role of Regional General Manager looking after a number of stores based in Oxfordshire. You will report into the Customer and Store Director and you will be responsible for developing and coaching a team of branch managers to exceed sales and profitability targets, to identify and target areas for improvement and implement action plans to overcome the problems identified.
Who we're looking for
As a Regional General Manager you must be able to prove that you can lead and develop a team, that you will consistently put the customer first and will promote and maintain the highest levels of customer service. You must have previous multi site experience, preferably be from a sales focussed environment and have a proven track record in leading and managing a large team.

What's on offer
This role offers a highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus package.
