Reporting Analyst

• As a Reporting Analyst based in Bristol you will be tasked with:
• Providing an accurate regular and ad hoc business intelligence capability to the business community through the effective use of a structured data warehouse platform
• Recommending new areas of analysis through depth of understanding of data
• Holding monthly stakeholder meetings across all functional areas
• Designing and building OLAP cubes and stored processes and dash boards for increased value added analysis
• Maintaining and developing an optimum summary layer in the warehouse for efficiencies in batched reporting and query performance
• Carrying out robust internal reconciliation throughout the warehouse and to external sources to ensure and promote confidence
• Promoting and maintaining good relationships throughout the business
•Owning and driving development plans to address behaviour and skill gaps
• Maintaining an awareness of all project activity and considering applications for reporting and warehouse development
• Developing new groupings and profiles to appropriately manage user access across business and ensure confidentiality is restricted.

Who we're looking for
As a Reporting Analyst for this leading organisation you will be:
• A Graduate with proven experience designing, producing and analysing complex management information
• Have experience of Business Intelligence Software with relational databases
• Have strong SAS programming / SQL orientated skills
• Have advanced Excel skills including macro's and VBA programming
• Able to produce high quality technically complex work within tight deadlines
• Strong inter -personal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Results and output orientated and able to take responsibility for your own actions and work
