The organisation are currently under going a period of changes and seeka HR Advisor to assist with planning, change management, interviewing, redeployment as well as casework. The HR Advisor rolesits within the Business Partner teams working with a variety of departments.The role may involve some travel in the Hertfordshire region.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate at a range of levels. A sound knowledge of employment law and policies and procedures. Due to the nature of the role previous exposure to organisational change would be an advantage.

Our client are a large organisation within the Hertfordshire area. The organisation are fast paced and currently undergoing a period of change.
