The HR Consultant will act as the first point of contact to a business area of c. 400, supporting a management team of approximately 25. The role will include but not be limited to,providingEmployee Relations advice to linemanagers, as well as advising on people and leadership development. Due to a period of change in the organisation, the individual will be expected to adjust to re-structure and continue to develop and motivate key talent within the business.

Who we're looking for
The HR Consultant must be self sufficient and able to work autonomously as the role is based remotely from the direct report, and the remainder of the team.
• CIPD qualified
• Strong case-work experience
• Confident, self-starter able to liaise with Heads of and Director level
• Immediately Available
