FM Director

Permanent ⁄ £60000 - £65000

This global Facilities Management Company requires a FM Director to be based out of their Leeds office. The successful candidate will managea contract for a leading retail provider and be responsible for the facilities and services ensuring a safe and effective environment is maintained. This will include providing a comprehensive range of services including; waste management and recycling, catering and cleaning and M&E maintenance.

Responsible for the operational management of the companies Facilities Management services across the UK. You will have a strong background in Facilities Management, be pro-active with strong leadership skills and able to manage a varied and demanding workload. Excellent communication skills are necessary along with the ability to build key relationships with staff and clients.

Successful individuals will need experience with managing budgets and the management of Sub-Contractors including cleaners, security guards and M&E engineers.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Minimum of 5 years TFM experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Track record of managing large FM contracts.
• Management experience.

Desired:

• Educated to degree level (in a property or FM related subject).
• Member of BIFM.

What's on offer
