The successful candidate will provide a full range of remuneration expertise across Europe, and provide support through analysis.
• Detailed research in relation to market data to establish trends and ensure that HR is able to recruit and retain the right staff in a cost effective manner across Europe
• Reviewing market for suitable data providers to ensure that most appropriate sources used. Managing relationships with data provider and ensuring that accurate data is provided to them, as needed
• Monitor and make recommendations in relation to the design of reward throughout Europe
• Liaison and involvement with Corporate Headquarters on global compensation & benefit issues
• Maintain an understanding of the UK/European Employment law and developments in UK/European Union regarding corporate governance
Who we're looking for
This Financial Services organisation in West London is looking for a candidate who;
• Has a proven track record in compensation & benefits with strong analytic skills
• Is able to deal with a heavy workload;quickly and accurately
• Good business understanding, gained within either corporate or consultancy environment
• Consultancy skills - able to define problems and deliver appropriate solutions
• Able to manage conflicting demands and prioritize. Good operational and administrative exposure
• Able to produce high quality and numerate material for various audiences
• Track record of proactive support and involvement in challenging projects. International exposure is a requisite
