Based in Bristol the Resourcing Advisor will work fairly autonomously to support the HR team in day to day recruitment of technical staff.As the sole recruiter within the office, youwill be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including liaison with line managers, sourcing talent via direct advertising / assessment centres / liaising with agencies, as well interviewing and selection processes.

Who we're looking for
The Resourcing Advisor will report into a Team Leader based at Head Office and will have the technical support of the HR Manager. You will ideally demonstrate the following qualification and experience;
• CIPD
• Knowledge of Employment Law
• In-house recruitment experience ideally within a technical, not high volume, field
• Knowledge of recruitment procedures
• Able to challenge andadvise hiring line managers
