Due to continuous expansion, an opportunity for an Operations Director has become available with a leading Facilities Management provider in the North East.
Reporting into the Regional Managing Director, the successful candidate will be expected to head a £9 million project, looking over a multi-site. You should have a good understanding, knowledge and experience of leading both soft and hard FM services; excellent people management and business management skills as well as strong customer services skills lead through an innovative approach to service delivery.
As this is a senior role, the ideal candidate will have proven Facilities Management expertise in bidding, mobilising and managing sizeable contracts across multi-site operations.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Minimum of 5 years Total FM experience.
• Multi site experience.
• Experience of managing large teams in the provision of either soft or hard FM.
• Several years as a senior leader.
• Experience of strategy formulation and business planning is essential.
