The role of a Personal Banker requires a person who can maximise sales, who can achieve and exceed individual performance, refer targets through excellent customer service whilst adhering to internal and external regulations, compliance, operational processes and procedures.

Who we're looking for
Ideally from a current retail banking background or sales focused retailers i.e electrical/ telecoms environments. You will strive to achieve and exceed sales targets through first class customer service and the ability to build rapport very quickly.
